The P-Code DIPUM Toolbox, Version 1. (The DIPUM Toolbox consists of about 70 functions developed in the book.) For the P-Code version, these functions are pre-compiled and distributed in P-code format [more details]. As a result, the P-Code Toolbox files are fully functional, but the original code cannot be seen or modified, and on-line help is not available.) The majority of the functions in the Toolbox are listed in Appendix A of the book. Explanations of how to use the functions are included throughout the book and in Appendix C.
