由于最近在公司使用的是Ubuntu12.04，也想自己尝试弄个U盘启动来安装一个Ubuntu12.04，在网上搜了下，有人推荐ImageWriter.exe，下载后在虚拟机的xp系统上无法运行，报以下错误
