Users using Packet Tracer 7.2.2 on Windows 10 and Users using Packet Tracer 7.3 do not need to install this patch. 1. Download PTSAPlayer Plugin: make sure to choose the correct file for 32bit or 64bit 2. Make sure you have closed Packet Tracer application. 3. Extract the file "ptsaplayer.dll" to the plugins folder of Packet Tracer. (i.e., 64bit: "C:\Program Files\Cisco Packet Tracer 7.2.2\plugins", 32bit: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Packet Tracer 7.2.2\plugins", or the other folder that you installed Packet Tracer 7.2.2). When prompted to Copy File, select "Copy and Replace.
